  • We've used Acosta for 4 years with the annual maintenance plan, and we've always thought they were good. Today, they really showed me that they are GREAT! Of course the AC was out on a day when the baby is cranky and it's a thousand degrees out. They were so courteous when I called (at 4pm) and they sent John Gentle who was here within an hour! He was respectful of the sleeping baby, fixed the switch issue, and even figured out how to make our other system run on auto instead of manual. Top notch service = customer for life!
