  • Surprised to learn that this location now only has half and half available in the self serve containers during the early morning rush. I had to go back to the staff and ask for my skim milk. As I sat and enjoyed my coffee I watched a steady stream of customers also going back for their choice of skim, 2%, etc. Cannot for the life of me understand why they would do this. Adds time to my wait and extra work for the staff.
