rev:text	I would definitely rate Peoria Ford a 0 if I could, there customer service is literally the worst I have ever experienced, worst than McDonald's and they don't even care about their jobs, so what does that tell you about this place!? It was awful! I regret buying my car from this dealership sadly I can't take it back now, but if you are reading this DO NOT buy your car here, they don't take care of you like they promise they will. I bought my car here and there was this noise coming from somewhere that I noticed after buying my car, so I brought it back in before the 30 days, before even a week I brought it back and said "this isn't right, please fix this.." and nicely too. They assured me they would. So I brought it in, thinking they would help me and fix this noise, but they didn't, told me to come back because they didn't have time. Short story, I brought it in 12 times and I counted, 12 times within a month. This is the truth and it was not fixed at all and eventually they were tired of me coming in and they stopped caring and told me I would have to pay now to fix a problem that came with the car I bought. I promise who ever goes in to this dealership you will be upset about something that happens when you come out, also there will be rude people here! Brought my car in for an oil change because I bought it there, they promised me 2 free ones. Well since it was free they didn't seem to take care of me at all and acted as if I wasn't even there, they took my car in and promised they would tell me the fluid levels and an inspection list. I never got an inspection as if they just did the oil change and nothing else.
