  • Not a good start to my Saturday...battery dies...replaced battery...car struggles to stay cranked, but thanks to Hendrick Lexus Northlake, they were able to find the problem pretty quickly and took a little over an hour to fix. So of course with a new facility everything was clean and spotless and since I had my son with me he was able to enjoy the kids playroom with healthy snacks(fruit, granola bars, etc.) while we were waiting. The bottom line is there is a new location on the northside(yay), service is still stellar, and the staff is mostly from the Independence location, including my favorite service advisor, Larry:-)
