  • I walked-in with my daughter and I both of us to get hair cuts. there were 2 people ahead of us so we didn't mind waiting. 10 min later a lady with her 2 kids came in and said they called. So we got bumped. 20 min later 2 more people came in and said they called, again we got bumped. And then another 3 people came in with a phone call prior and we got bumped yet again. Asked the girl at the counter and she said we had another 45min-1hour for our turn since the other people called first. So our wait tripled in time although we were in the salon waiting. So it seems that those who call and want to show up whenever they get there take precedence over those already there and waiting. What a horrible way to do business!!! Never will go back again. Now I get why my husband hated that place so much.
