  • Emailed and called Lou Gordon the internet specialist on two separate occasions to ask if a specific pre-owned car I was interested in was still on the lot a few hours before I went into the dealership. They said it was available so I made the 30 minute drive to go take a look at the car only for them to tell me it had been sold 2 days before. Very disappointed.
