rev:text	If I could give less stars, I would. I have visited this location for many years now and have always loved the two ladies that have been there all along. Yesterday I noticed some changes and feel this business is taking a bad turn. I was greeted by the manager, Francisco, and passed on to a new technician I hadn't seen before. Being naive I trusted the establishment to provide the service (and employee's) I pay for with my monthly membership. NOBODY informed me she was in training and although I understand giving people a fair opportunity, there was no one supervising her while she was clearly struggling; I find Francisco entirely responsible for not disclosing this information and for not overlooking his trainee's work. The lady completely RUINED my eyebrows after taking 30 minutes to do what is normally 5 minutes. She also cut my eyelid. Once she was done her and the manager shrugged it off, told me I looked fine and never apologized or much less offered a solution. I normally don't post reviews like this but after crying for so long and Francisco himself telling me it would take a year for my eyebrows to grow back I want to make sure people know and are careful with who performs the threading. There are two lovely ladies there who know what they are doing and provide much better service than their own manager and even apologized on his behalf. They are the only reason I will be returning. I posted this to the RMLA Yelp page as well, hoping someone can help me. --Chandler mall location.
