  • One of the BEST HOTELS I have ever stayed in! Yes. That's right...in little old Downtown Phoenix I've found a diamond..triple star five diamond hotel...super clean...uber cool...first class service. You can believe what I say because I have stayed all over the world in some of the finest places and I'm super ridiculous picky. This hotel rivals Mandarin Oriental and some of my other favorites. Room service don't forget you can request the restaurant menu to order off off for some clean tasty organic style creative cuisine. Forget something...they have everything you need at your door in less than ten minutes. The air was turned of when I arrived so my room was crispy cool in this Phoenix heat wave. I have a corner suite with a living room separate area so I can close off the bedroom and work. Request room 1011 for views. The doorman and bellman must have been trained in NYC finest hotels club because they are HAPPY and helpful. Front desk and all staff act as though they own the hotel. This is by far my longest review because I cannot get over how great of a hotel stay I have had. Thank you!!!!
