  • Maybe it's just Pittsburgh... Astonished by the rudeness of the breakfast staff (omelette lady was kind, but took 100 years to cook); one staff lady was a Rottweiler Drill Sergeant!! She should not work in the Service Industry. The entire breakfast ambiance was surreal - customers were fighting over complimentary breakfast buffet.
