| - From a sales perspective, these guys are on it. We were in the market for an Audi A5 Coupe, a BMW 4 Series Coupe, an MB C or E Class Coupe, or an Alfa Romeo Giulia. Audi Chandler was the first place we stopped in our hunt. While we ultimately bought an MB, it had nothing to do with the sales process, so I have to give props to these guys because I really appreciated the experience here even though we didn't buy anything from them.
We were immediately approached after parking in front of the showroom, in a friendly, non-pushy way. I explained why we were there, what we were looking for, and that we weren't going to buy anything on the spot. Our rep totally understood, showed us the A5 Coupes, put us in a beautiful blue one and then proceeded to explain the car's features, interior and answer our questions. We took the car for a spin while we continued to discuss features. After arriving back at the dealer, we stepped into the showroom to exchange info and discuss our timeline for decision making. We were given waters and the GM greeted us before we left.
Very easy, friendly approach and if I had bought an Audi it would definitely have been from Audi Chandler.
