BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS AIRLINE. They have all kinds of hidden fees on their website you must read this one!
I sent my minor son out of state last month. I booked his flight on line. When we got to the airport his bag was 1 inch too long, so I had to add on the baggage fee. The clerk at the airport told me not to pay for his return baggage fee now, but do it when I got home on the website.
The day before my son was returning I logged on and tried to pay for his bag, it would not allow me to do so. I started a on line chat with a ticket agent. I thought that was a cool feature, she told me since it was not allowing me to pay on line she would end our computer chat and call me on the phone to collect the bag fee via bank card. She called and collected the fee, reconfirmed all my billing information. The very next day my BANK ACCOUNT WIPED OUT!, someone had a on line shopping spree via my bank card. I call the airline that day to file a complaint they said they would call me back and never did. They never looked into my complaint. I would never use them again!
