There are many steakhouses in Vegas.
A great meal at a top steakhouse will cost about $80.00 - $120.00 per person including 1-2 drinks + appetizers and dessert and coffee.
But the dining experience at this high lebel should be exceptional ...in fact, every part of the meal should be exceptional: the quality of the food, the service, the ambiance, etc.
My advice? Select another restaurant or another steakhouse.
This one is not a top steakhouse, but commanding $$$$ as if it was of that caliber.
Should I have received a warm steak?
Should I be required to wait for a steak knife after being serve the steak?
Should I need to find the waiter for ground pepper?
Should I need to remove pieces of muscle/tendons that cannot be chewed?
Should I need to be grilled twice about these issues by the manager?
Should the quality of the steak be of a high level so that I would not need to return it?
Should I need to find the waiter to request coffee?
I cannot return here.
