  • It all depends on who is working, sometimes the staff almost avoid eye contact for fear of needing to help. I was their biggest fan for years, would only shop at this Ace. Some of the staff are very robotic, nah a hello or how are you doing while checking a person out. I think when the owner is there everyone is so much more friendly. I had to ask 4 different staff members to help me get some Air filters down, each would just disappear and say they had somebody coming to help. But if you just need one thing, or something simple this is the place to shop.
