  • I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. My AHS home warranty had me use this company for my water heater leak. Fernando, the first technician came on a Friday, and told me he would have someone come the next day to have a new water heater installed. He saw that there was a lot of water under the heater and showed me how to divert it into a bucket. He made NO MENTION THAT THERE WAS WATER DAMAGE in the walls and I would need a full mitigation and reconstruction of the damaged walls (which took weeks to complete). The next day, when Arthur arrived, he told me that he wouldn't be able to install the new water heater until the water damage was fixed. When I attempted to call Air ProMaster, dispatcher Tracey tried to give me an excuse as to why Fernando wouldn't have told me that there was water damage in the walls. When I told her that he clearly saw the water under the heater and even told me how to divert it into a bucket, she had nothing to say. She said she would have manager Yvonne give me a call to discuss, but that call never came. The only reason I am giving this review one star, is because of Arthur, who made sure I did not go without hot water because I have a 4 month old baby in the house.
