  • At least the first reviewer had someone show up to clean his place, although maybe I should consider myself lucky since nobody showed up and therefore no property was stolen from me. I on the other hand didn't have anyone show up for my cleaning at the appointment time that was scheduled. I too made the mistake of buying a LivingSocial deal and thought I would give this company a try. When I originally called to make the appointment, I reached a lady who was in her car and asked to call me back in 5 minutes since she couldn't write things down while she was driving. Apparently she had a hard time writing things down when she wasn't driving too. I called 2 weeks in advance to obtain the appointment time I wanted and confirmed it with the lady who called me back. The day of the appointment came and nobody shows up at the time we had scheduled. I thought they might be running behind schedule a bit, but after nobody showed up 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, my wife placed a call into the company and left a message. Another 15 minutes pass and we call again, but nobody is there to personally answer the phone. I notified LivingSocial of the no-show and ask to have a refund credited back to my credit card. They called AZ plus cleaning and they informed LivingSocial that they actually came to my home, but nobody was there. I would give this company 0 starts if I could since it seems like they are just taking money from people upfront and then not providing the service that people paid for. I would not recommend this company at all and would stay far away!
