  • It's so nice to have a locally-owned market in the neighborhood, just a quick walk from the house. The prices are awesome and it's pretty much the polar opposite of the experience you get from a chain like 7/11: Mike *always* has a smile on his face and greets you by name as you come in; It's almost a little bit like 'Cheers' from back in the day. He carries a great selection of snacks and staple goods, but I'm also a big fan of his craft beer selection - it seems like every month there's something new, and the occasional beer tastings are a great way to hang out, sample some new brews, and get to know other people in the neighborhood. This place rocks, keep it up Mike!
