  • I'll have to give this place another try since I read here on Yelp it's under new management. Last movie I watched at gateway 12 was American sniper, and whoever is the (I'm assuming manager) larger lady that works at the ticket window was very rude to me and my guest who I was treating to a movie. I'm 22 she carded me, ok fine I get it, than she carded my guest ..okay I get it fine, it's not a pg-13 movie and we don't look a day older than 19. But here's the problem my guest pulled out my ID from there wallet by accident and gave it to her thinking it was theirs. She just picked it up and put it down. Didn't even take a glance at it. If she was doing her job she'd realize, instead she was just being rude to me! The reason I say this is because after giving back the license that was not my guest and placing it on through the window (Obviously me it had my picture on the license) she abruptly asked for mine as if I was personally annoying her. After realizing my guest had my license I grabbed the same license my guest had given her and just reslid it back through the window. This time she picked it up and gave it a glance. The heck! Seriously lady! Ugh... Anyways she was rude about everything from asking about how many mins the movie had been playing and when the next showing was since it was a busy night and they were selling out. She Irked me and ruined the whole movie experience that night. And yes by accident my guest and I did pull one over on her by using the same license but she clearly did not do her job as a manager. That is why I am posting about my experience here at Dickinson. Hopefully the new management has changed and I will have a closer place to watch a movie than driving all the way to superstition to give my money to harkins.
