  • I just moved in not even a full month. Already im starting to dislike this apartment complex & management . Boy oh boy was everything eye appealing at frist until you actually move in to your place. They did a very very poor service cleaning up n getting thing fix before new tenant move in. 1. My living room blinds wasn't even working ,couldn't get it to open n screen door kept falling off. 2. My bedroom door doesn't even shut 3. Freaking poor painting job n patching on wall 4. The wood flooring was lifting off in kitchen and bathroom 5. The washer n dryer closet smell like freaking urine 6. OMG! Good thing i don't live by the dog park area. Common sense pick up after your dog shit!!!! You think management would have atleast post up a sign. I feel bad for the maintenance having to scoop up dog craps all the time. They're is so much much stuff that need to fix at this place. The pavement really need to be done. Pot holes everywhere!!! Makes the place very ghetto! Supposedly they said it will be done in March???? Not too mention freaking cigarette butts all over!!! They had send a letter out. But yet nothing has been done! Why waste the time to kill trees if your really not going to do anything about it???! Last but least they need to hire more professional people in that office that know what they're doing. Totally incompetent!!!!!!!! If you cant figured out basic math regarding about leasing. Then your ass is in big trouble! Not my fault you cant get your stuff right after we sign our contract. That money quote un quote we owe should be deduct from your paycheck. Mmmm not mentioned our keys weren't even working!!! I can go on and on..... Look elsewhere before considering this place
