  • Im kinda bummed about this.... I have always been happy with this location until the last time I dropped my car off then it today was the last straw. Last time I dropped car off for an oil change I was told it would be an hour and half or so. I was dropped off at home in their van that was driven VERY dangerously. The driver was doing 65mph in a 45mpoh zone and exceeding the speed limit by 15+ in a residential neighborhood. When I called to check on when I could pick my car up after 2.5 hours, they said they were "running way behind and hadn't started it yet." I finally got my car and I was only 30 minutes late to pick up my kids that were waiting in the office of their school to be picked up when I got there. I have taken roughly 5 vehicles to this location with no issue. The last straw was today when I called to get a price on changing out a part. They will NOT under any circumstances give you a price to change out a part on the phone. NO WAY IN HELL. They require an inspection first. Doesn't matter if you know what you want, Doesn't matter if you have had the issue diagnosed elsewhere. NOTHING MATTERS. A dealership will give a price qutoe. I called two other shops, they gave price quotes. Everyone will tell you what they charge for a specificly requested scope of work. Except this place. I even called another location to see if it was JUST the guy I talked to. Apparently ZERO Kerrys locations will tell you the cost. The GM of this location refused to give a price over the phone and when I said hew was in danger of losing my business on all of my cars, said he didn't care if I never came back to that location again. Wish Granted.
