  • Yeah I'll admit, customer service isn't exactly a priority to them (as so it seems) but if you're the type to go in to get exactly what you need by doing prior research then Fry's is the place for you. And four stars since they'll price match anything on Amazon. The associates here are friendly but aren't professional. Some would even give you glares and decide not to approach you if you don't "look" like you're going to buy anything. It's alright though, since doing the research for a specific item will save me the time talking to someone that might not know their stuff or try to bluff me into buying something more expensive. This is the place where I'll browse for some Blu-Rays though since their collection is quite extensive. But if you're looking to buy TVs or home appliances, go to Sears instead. Their deals are a lot better no matter what the day is.
