I had heard of Uncle Betty's while watching the food network and the old adage is true; don't believe everything you see on TV. This is a very average brunch place, they have a nice decor and menu, but the food quality is nothing special. It is packed because of its popularity so it is slower than average. I've been here twice now and find the food to be average at best, I don't think it's worth the wait or cramped seating to be honest.
