  • Since I wrote the last review, I received a phone call asking me to verify my address. I was quite confused why they were calling me since I no longer go there. I had recently wrote a review on here and asked them if that's why they were calling me. Staci said she didn't know and they needed to verify my address because of not getting the rebate. Since she didn't tell me that in the first place, I assumed that was a lie. 3 weeks later since the phone call and still no rebate. So, why did Topaz Vet call me in the first place?! All they care about is money and I guess they don't like my negative review. They put your pet through unnecessary exams and procedures to make money for themselves. I will not allow someone to stick my dog with needles and examine her with a muzzle on when the procedure was not needed in the first place, just so you can charge me more!!
