  • My new go-to ramen spot, without a doubt! I had the tonkotsu ramen and gyoza. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too salty, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the chashu was so tender and sweet (in a good way). The gyoza was a nice little treat and had great flavor as well. The owner was very welcoming and kind and I can't wait to head back to try more of the menu.
