  • We got in line @ 9:35 on a Monday night. I stood in line with my kids for 25 minutes. Right at 10:00 they told us they wouldn't serve us because they needed to close. They made about 20 people leave the store. Except for their friends who were at the end of the line. Once everyone left, they started to serve their friends. One man saw it and went back in, so the girl working threw away what she was making for her friends and made them leave too. My son cried. Everything else was closed at that time. If I would have known that they would kick us out we would have gone somewhere else. It's been years since we have gone to Cold Stone, and we won't be going back anytime soon.
