| - Some people want to look jacked and tanned, but not this guy, he's a weightlifter. EOS is alright for what it is, it has the essentials to get your hypertrophy on for that summer body.
The positives:
- the gym is relatively clean
- there is a decent variety of machines, free weights, and dumb bells
- there is a pool, sauana, soon to exist Nutrition Rush, kids day care, and a cinema
- it is dirt cheap *PRO TIP* sign up at a new location that isn't built yet to get their PHASE 1 pricing, $10 a month for gold membership and no sign up fees.
- no contracts
- parking is still ample
- there's a cinema? Although I'm not sure why you'll come to the gym to watch a movie.
The negatives:
- it is a bit small
- because its so damn cheap and the first of mega size gyms, its packed, everyday, every hour, every weather condition.
- not enough squat racks, no decline bench, no t bar row
- they require you to bring a damn towel and COULD tell you to buy one if you don't have one
- basketball court is rather sad, not even a half court, so don't think you'll be making any Steph Curry miracle shots in here.
- lame $40 fee to guarantee your monthly rate doesn't go up.
