  • Dr. Willis is a solid doctor, and the only one I've seen at this facility. That being said, the administrative aspects of the health center are a joke. Wasn't seen within fifteen minutes of my appointment time at either of my appointments. Worse than that, was told specifically by my Dr. that she didn't need to see me on an annual basis, but then on calling in to have a prescription refilled for a run-of-the-mill inhaler was told by the receptionist that she wouldn't bother to ask the Dr. to refill the prescription because I had not been to the office in the last year. After I convinced her to let the Dr. make the decision, she told me that these requests take 48-72 hours to process. After explaining to her that this was a rescue inhaler that I needed in case of emergency, she told me to go to the emergency room. Trust the awful ratings for this joke of an operation.
