  • I don't think I'm the only one that gets a bit nervous going to auto repair. We all know finding an honest repair shop is important. A repair shop that cares about your safety and that of your family as if they were their own. On top of all that you want fair prices and high-quality parts, sounds like an impossible task. As a business owner and Mom, my time is important to me and I think of spending money like voting with my dollars. Do I support the cheapest place that doesn't have good customer service and employees that seem unhappy, all the while making me question the quality of their work? Or do I pay for honest service, high-quality parts, customer service that takes the time to know individual customers AND they provide VIP service to everyone that walks through their doors? Bonus: they are a locally owned small business! Victor makes this a very easy choice and Tom was super knowledgeable + enthusiastic about his job. I felt at ease asking the "silly" questions and they both walked me through each decision. Thank you Zip Zap Auto.
