  • I want to start off by saying I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. On Sunday January 7th 2018 I brought my car to the Jackson's Northsight location. I don't normally go to this location. I usually go to Tom's thumb or the Scottsdale rd Jackson's. Every time I go to this location I have a bad experience, they don't do as I ask, and my car comes out greasy and disgusting. I tan at Palm Beach so I made an exception. I was very excited when I pulled up to see Brandon Riley greet me who is normally at the Scottsdale road location. He always goes above and beyond to give me and my friends amazing customer service. I was like maybe this time wont be so bad. I first met Brandon when me and my friend were taking a spa day and she dropped off her car and he convinced me to get it washed and he would drop the two of us off at the Princess. I was hesitant at first because of my previous experiences at the Northsight location. He picked us up when we were done and my car looked amazing! This time I was hoping for the same thing but this location is under different management. Let me start by saying JUAN has NO business being a manager. When I brought my car back around to show them all the grease every where and that they had broke the Mercedes emblem on my steering wheel Juan talked to me but completely avoided me and my fiance. He saw the steering wheel and turned it over to Brandon(not a manager) to handle. We also talked to Ivan who is supposedly the GM and he also saw the steering wheel and turned it over to Brandon(not a manager)... I needed to jump on a plane so they said they would take care of this. When I got back I met with Brandon who is hopelessly trying to help me with my situation and as we wait for Juan I hear him treating this older gentleman so poorly that also had a bad experience. Brandon had to swoop in and SAVE Juan from the situation escalating. When we finally sat down to write up the incident report or claim JUAN refused to do it and was so inappropriate in the way he was treating me. I was so polite up until that point and finally walked out. I spoke with Marcos today the higher up manager that was supposedly suppose to help me and it just seems like they are all sticking together. Except Brandon who I found out later they fired. I'm assuming because they are threatened by him because of how many returning customers and sales he accrues. Sorry to say we will be going to small claims court and the better business bureau.
