  • Fulton Homes used Heritage Interiors in my new home that was built. Their tile laying skills are lacking and I had crooked, cracked,uneven, and still have hollow tiles throughout the house. Fulton Homes sent them 5 times to fix the shower tile and they finally got it right on the 5th time. They have repaired around 20 cracked or hollow tiles throughout my home, but Fulton & Heritage Interiors are refusing to fix the last 6 or so tiles that are hollow and lacking thinset underneath. The last time they just tried to fill the hollow tiles by shooting an adhesive through the grout area and ended up shooting the adhesive all over my office carpet, thus destroying the carpet. The carpet then had to be replaced. Don't ever use Heritage Interiors for anything or for that matter Fulton Homes....both shady companies and lack quality in workmanship and ethics in customer service.
