If I could give this company less than one star I would. I am a first time home buyer and my home warranty company sent out this complete joke of a company to look at why my washing machine doesn't get cold water. The plumber was nice enough although he jumped all over my washing machine. He didn't have the part he needed to fix my machine but he would be back in a few days. As soon as he left I put some clothes in the machine and went about my business. I was sitting downstairs when I heard a waterfall splashing onto my tile. I look up and there's water streaming out of my vent and run upstairs to see that my entire laundry room, hallway, and part of my guest bedroom is covered in about half an inch of water. I immediately called the phone number of the plumber that came out but he didn't pick up. I called the company number 14 times before I got an answer with an attitude completely lacking any empathy or concern. The woman on the phone said that she could have someone come back at 8:00 PM. Completely unacceptable! When the plumber came back out he stated over and over that this was not his fault. How could this not be his fault. There was no leak what so ever before this guy shows up and now there is. Now I'm stuck 3 days later with a warped ceiling, no resolution, and no call back from the so called manager who seems to be to concerned with other things than taking care of his customers.
Update: I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to post this. However the "manager" Henry declined to call me back so I called and spoke to him only to have him say that they will not be taking responsibility for the incompetence of the plumber and hung up on me.
Second opinion plumbing, more like last resort plumbing. -10 stars.
