  • Rudy's BBQ is a welcomed addition to the West Valley! I haven't had one thing I didn't love, although I honestly haven't tried the ribs yet. Even the smoked turkey is moist and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back, and a place definitely fit for kids. I take weekly orders for people I work with to get their breakfast tacos and bring them in. If you haven't had a brisket, egg and cheese breakfast taco with BBQ sauce you aren't living!
