  • I went in to this clinic with pain in my knee. I have chronic pain issues and will often leave things until the last minute, so my knee was feeling pretty awful. Garrett was at the front desk and was fun to talk to. He was super nice about helping me figure out my insurance. Dr. Reser was hands down the best doctor I've ever seen at an urgent care. I'd love to have him as a primary care. A lot of doctors treat you a certain (not good) way when you tell them you have chronic illnesses. Dr. Reser was the opposite of that. He was super kind and listened carefully, thoroughly checked me over, and offered me options to manage my issue. It was really nice to see a doctor who seems to care so much about his patients' well being long term. I felt like he actually cared about my quality of life. Thank you to everyone there for the excellent service and keep up the great work!
