  • Breakfast has been relatively consistent, but our family experience at dinner this past Thursday: 1. Spoiled food; 2. Overcooked food; 3. Argumentative servers; 4. Absent supervision; 5. Argumentative shift management (when they're in the store, which they often were not); 6. Non responsive store management Staff seemed very comfortable with me being in the kitchen getting: A. Butter/cream/condiments; B. Silverware/plates/napkins; C. Etc etc Not sure what happened, but it seems like staff were *quite* used to customers getting up/getting their own items, and arguing with customers. Family thoroughly offended; me thoroughly embarrassed. Posted here after 24 hours/no response from Cracker Barrel management.
