Took my road King there with starting issues, they told me it was my ECM and would be a $400 fix. I told them I would tow my bike home and come back when I had the money for the repair. About a week after I took it home I went to charge my battery and noticed my security system was missing. I called Harley and they told me there mechanic took it out to diagnose it and forgot to put it back in. I looked at my fuse box and found cut and exposed wires as well. I then go to the dealership where they refused to put it back in. It took me talking to the manager to get them to repair what they broke. I then took my bike to a different mechanic for a second opinion and it turned out the ECM was fine, it was a $5 relay. A few days later their customer service survey team called me at my work and had me pulled away from my job for a survey. I asked why and was told it was the number they were given by the service team, however, I did not give them that number, I can only assume they got it from my file from when I bought my bike. Best Harley Davidson sales team in the valley, but I will never use their service dept again.
