rev:text	I like the doctors at Pearle Vision but unfortunately the staff is dumb and rude as hell. The first time I came here, I had purchased a year supply of contact lenses which I was told would be ready in a couple of weeks. Over a month passed and every time I called for an update, the staff would just say 'I don't know. Someone's working on it.' Finally I demanded them to cancel and refund me which only then, they conveniently 'found out' that my box was sitting at another location across town for over two weeks The second time I visited, I was unsure about the prescription. My doctor told me he wouldn't sign off on my prescription until after I tried out the sample contact lenses. They gave me one box unopened and another opened box with only two days worth (I have two different prescriptions in each eye), which I didn't notice until I got home. I called and asked for just two more days worth of samples to try out to match what I had left, and the staff member on the phone kept cutting me off and saying 'Unfortunately I can't do that,' even when I told her they did not provide me with the same amount of samples for each eye and it was a strong prescription that I needed to try out. I told her that he never signed off on my rx which I needed to order contacts, she said 'Yeah he did.' I told her to email me a copy and she never did. Found out that the doctor was fired and my rx was never updated and signed off. So basically her lazy self just flat out refused to help me at all. Also, after your exam when try on glasses, they follow you everywhere and rush you. Annoying. I'm not sure how the other locations are but I'm not sticking around to find out.
