  • It is unfortunate but the success of the T-Bone has really led to a decrease in the quality of service. I've gone there bi-monthly for years and it really has started a noticeable decline. You can only hear the excuse that they got slammed unexpectedly and weren't staffed for it so many times before it becomes problematic. If you get the waitress Heather, your meal will be correct and she will check back on you. You won't get the food promptly, but when it finally arrives it at least will be what you ordered. If you get another member of the wait staff.....good luck. It is sad to see.
