  • Worse place hands down. The manager is so rude. I've taken my dogs about 4 or 5 times. times. Each time they stay the whole day. I have to drop them off around 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Each time they've called me after 4 to pick them up. My maltese trim was not even around the face. I questioned the time frame but the rude manager basically said if you don't like it don't come back. Also for the whole day, shouldn't they take the dogs out or a drink of water? 2 times both my dogs couldn't hold their pee. They peed as they were going in the car. When I asked about it they said they take them out. WHEN?! The manager is miserable and don't care. Instead of waddling to green valley each time to get something to eat, why don't she actually do the job she's paid to do. I now take my dogs to Bark and Bubbles. It's around 3 hours tops for 2 dogs and one needs a full grooming.
