rev:text	This place is so bad it's comedy, I'm a tenant and my landlord has this place as the contractor for appliances, I never write reviews but there so bad I felt obligated too.. I have no problem with the techs who come out to service the appliances but the African American woman who works the telephone seems like she hates her job I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life.. if it was up too me they would never step foot in my house strictly based on how terrible this lady was with dealing with a customer.. -1 Star for this woman alone I hope her boss sees my review honestly..
