  • If it were possible to give a few negative stars, we certainly would. Hands down the worst service I've ever had from ANY restaurant EVER. We arrived at 5:45pm prior to an 8pm concert. You would think 2 hours would be adequate time to budget for dinner, but not here. We placed our dinner order at 6pm. At 6:45 the waitress stopped by to tell us they only have enough grind for one plate. So we said bring it out and we will split. At 7:15 the waitress is MIA. At 7:45 after not seeing the waitress for an hour, they put a flyer on our table saying its reserved at 8pm, in 15 minutes. Then they hand us a bill for the nonexistent food that never arrived. What a joke. Management should consider new careers and close that kitchen since they can't actually deliver food. Jesus, what s bunch of duck ups! They are so ducked. PS. We ended up having hot dogs and French fries at Aerosmith. Great concert!
