  • Again, future parents do not rent from these people. One year lease, but your child may only be there for 9 months, if they decide to come home for the summer. You will still be responsible for the rent. Total rip-off. If you are curious, management still did not assist in renting the former room my child resided in. We have paid and will continue to pay until 7/31/2018. These people continue to rent other rooms, but not my child's room. It would not surprise me if they did rent my child's room and are still taking my money. Crooks! Poorly managed and poorly built. Rent at your own risk.
