  • Ridiculously unfriendly staff! Is that a rule that if you want to work in Zara you need to be rude? Not helpful, no eye contact, zero friendliness, sooo much attitude. For USA it is so unusual I have never encountered something like this in Arizona and entire USA. Love the clothing but staff and customer service one big zero!
