  • I am so excited to finally see a locally-owned coffee shop pop up in Dormont! Sweetest little place, looks really cool and unique from the outside. I went in on a Saturday morning around 10 am and was greeted by the sweetest barista. I ordered the Bananas Foster latte off of their speciality latte list. Unfortunately, I was not thrilled. Disclaimer: my normal coffee order is an almond milk latte with no sweetener, so I am used to my coffee being slightly bitter. I found this BF latte to be a little too sweet. It really tasted more like a hot chocolate than a latte. However, if you enjoy a super sweet coffee, it is pretty tasty and tastes just like a dessert. All in all, cute place, friendly staff, and a wide variety of drinks. I wish their pastries were locally made (cookies are from Good Lovin' Oven but I don't know why they're not utilizing Potomac Bakery next door?) However, they still had a few options. Just steer clear of the flavored lattes if you actually like the taste of coffee/espresso like me!
