So, How bad is it? So bad that even though I got a business class ticket both ways, nonrefundable, I went ahead and booked a business class return to get on a different airline. This airline went from OK to bad to worse. Whether business class or first class, the seats are small and there is nothing business or first class about them. The breakfast meal was pathetic and tasted like it came from McDonald's.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Will not be flying this specific airline again.
