  • They are excellent. I have been using this veterinary office for over 15 years, including for over two years when I was managing palliative care for a cat with a serious cardiovascular condition. They do NOT overcharge or recommend unnecessary tests. They DO take the time to get to know the animals and owners. They understand that most people consider their pets to be family and provide recommendations for tests that will help them make a proper diagnosis and treatment plan to maximize the pet's health and well-being. In the time I've known them, the clinic always has at least 1-2 "clinic cats" they've taken on whose owners had brought them in and requested euthanasia rather than pay for the necessary veterinary care. Heartbreaking. They all genuinely love animals and do their difficult jobs with compassion. I trust the staff at Bayview Mall Veterinary Clinic implicitly and know that they always have my pet's best interests at heart. I board my cat when I travel because I know he will receive excellent care and I won't need to be worried.
