Billing department can't get billing straight even with copies of your explanation of benefits. Dr Stewart only needs these copies so he can rebill your insurance because his billing department is incompetent (not to mention in Canada). Having overpaid, I was still shorted just under $10 because of their "incorrect billing" on my refund. I've met my out of pocket maximum so I would not have a co-pay! To date, I'm still short and still waiting on a statement that shows a zero balance. This is just poor business. Get a local person that knows how to bill correctly!
