  • I had to file a claim with Farmers Insurance. And had a very rude adjuster Tyler Grylls process my claim. This man should not be dealing with anyone in customer service!! He was very sarcastic, I asked him a question, he was of no help, then he hung up on me. I would NEVER deal with this company if I did not have to. The man who owns this company should consider hiring people with a little more empathy or at least a little bit of class!!!
