  • Pros: - Since I was a child I have always appreciated their fabulous "all-you-can-eat bread bar". Basically, they have a grill where you can get a bread of your choice from a variety of breads provided and also be able to spread a dip of your choices from a variety provided and toast your bread to your taste in a matter of seconds. Self serve tasty bread. - No wait, very quiet and plenty of seating available at prime time... or perhaps the cons will state why? - Prices are honest and fair. Cons : - Service was under par. I simply didn't understand why we'd have to wait an extraordinary long amount of time to get our meals. Was it simple laziness? Lack of staff? I cannot tell... but one thing was sure though, when I got my meals, they were barely luke warm, so that speaks volumes. - I ordered the table hote and got my escargot within 5 minutes. I found this alarmingly fast. Did the cooking staff process our meals immediately or did they simply reheat it in a microwave? They were tasty but more rubbery then they should be. My fiancee's Caesar salad was almost without any dressing. - For my main meal I ordered "Penne sauce à la viande braisée". When received after close a 45 minute wait, the meal was barely warm and the meat tasted suspect. I didn't finish half of it and simply filled myself with more bread. My fiancee's ordered the "Lasagne fiorentina" and had the same result. It was luke warm and while she expected some spinach inside of it, it was far too much to her liking. I have a no return food to kitchen policy. I haven't been to a Pacini's in a few years and this was certainly my first visit to this particular location of this chain. Perhaps it would have been a better experience at another location but I cannot tell as the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Service requires a big improvement in this restaurant.
