  • We bought our home near this Ace 3 years ago. It was always our 'go to', so friendly. Ever since they remodeled the whole feel has changed. The employees have been rude. Today was the last straw when I asked 3 of them standing together about an item on sale in their flyer. Only one made eye contact with me...another turned to her and said 'that was never ordered' then they continued their conversation. I've had this reaction a couple times now. We drove over to the Ace at 67th/101 where they are helpful and friendly. Yes, it's a drive, but sooo worth it and the selection is so much better!
