  • A couple of weeks ago I went to this salon for the fourth time and was treated so rudely that I will never go back. The first three times, Anna did my mani and Helen did my pedi. They both did a decent enough job but moreover they were pleasant. This time, I got some bleached blonde Vietnamese girl whose name she never told me who was simply rude out of this world. For starters, when I was trying to roll my pants up to put them in the water, she informed me that I had to move my legs so she could get her cart in a rude tone. Newsflash honey, we aren't doing a pedicure until my feet go in the water! Then I asked her if she wanted to soak my nails in acetone to get the gel off while she did my feet. She responded that she did pedi and mani one at a time. So when we were done with the pedi, she wrapped my nails in the acetone cotton with the foil on them. Then without telling me she was turning me over to some guy named Jimmy, she left, and after only thirty seconds of having the acetone on he proceeded to scrape my nails and since the gel wasn't dissolved enough, IT HURT!!! Did I mention that when she went to file my nails with the drill-file they use, she wasn't paying attention, and filed the skin on my pinky finger? I reflexively pulled my hand back because IT HURT!!! To add insult to injury, Jimmy glopped the gel on so thick and unevenly, that I can say it is officially the worst gel mani I've ever gotten in the last four years! I paid and got the heck out of there but I will NEVER go back and do not recommend them!
