  • My experience here was terrible! Jim Tanner is the most unprofessional, mean, angry man! I walked in and he was fine however every time I asked a question he became angry and frustrated. He yelled at me several times because of his low tolerance frustration! He certainly represents the company since his last name is Tanner. Furthermore, my order came in wrong. They ordered it again and it came in wrong again. I said I want to return one of the 4 tile styles I purchased since the one that came in wrong is supposed to match it from the same query. He freaked out, literally. I've never seen a grown man about 65 years old react like this! He said, "I told you 35 times lady we can't return this"! I have been quiet, sweet, calm and he is screaming at me. In Phoenix/Scottsdale, there are so many tile places. If your in the market for tile, go to Facing. They are professional people and on 50% of the tiles, cheaper than this place. So disappointed with this business. No human deserves to be treated like this.
